What is NeuroGraphica®
Neurographica® has been scientifically validated and proven, and it is one of the most widely used psychological techniques in art therapy today. Also known as doodling, neurographic art is a technique, which comprises drawing freeform lines or 'neuro lines. NeuroGraphica is a project support practice. "A method that emerged as a synthesis of art, psychology, philosophy and management." "Works as a means of self-organization and state management during stress." "An ideal tool for solving personal development problems." "Easy to learn and has no age restrictions." (c) Pavel Piskarev. ⠀ It is important to understand that it does not create or plan miracles. Miracles happen on their own. What are they? A miracle is when something happens that you did not expect, that you did not plan, that you cannot guarantee, but it happens. Let's say a person has a project on how to build a house or plan a vacation, how to spend a year correctly, a life expectancy, or a health improvement project. In this case, by drawing NeuroGraphica (and following its rules), a person gets an easy way to implement the plan. People who draw all the time receive some additional strength so that each next step on the path to implementing their project is easier, calmer, more reliable, and kinder. In NeuroGraphica, work is done with the causal layer - not with the symbolic layer, not with effects, and not even with symptoms. And the cause in a person is his neural connections. It is very important that after proper mastering, NeuroGraphica can be used independently. Having learned to draw, a person will always have something at his disposal that will allow him to correct the situation, adjust his life, and organize his reality.

NeuroGraphica: what to draw with and on what
Even though NeuroGraphica is a transformational drawing, it is still an art. And creativity is always present in any art. Therefore, each person determines for himself what tools he will use and when. But you should always remember that mastering the drawing technique is a priority. First of all, the basics of the method are studied, what it consists of, and what points of the basic algorithm are needed for what, and only after that you can diversify your drawing. First, you need to learn how to get results from NeuroGraphica. What to draw NeuroGraphica with? ⠀ For beginner Users, the traditional tools are permanent markers for contours and highlighters for color. These tools are offered for use in the course "User of NeuroGraphica". After mastering the drawing technique, you can also use pencils. What to draw NeuroGraphica on? You can draw on anything that can accept color and retain it: on canvas, on wood panels, on walls, on sheets, on clothes, on purses, on cabinets and mirrors, on cars, and so on. And of course, on paper. Of course, for each surface, you should choose the appropriate tools that will not wear off. It is important to understand that all this diversity is only permissible for trained Instructors who have received full knowledge and experience in the use of NeuroGraphica. Users and Specialists should stop at paper. Permanent markers draw on anything. As for the colored part of the drawing, different paper gives different effects. - ordinary drawing paper from school albums is suitable for ordinary colored pencils, but markers soak through it ⠀ - watercolor paper - watercolor pencils draw well on it; regular pencils lay down in an uneven layer – pastel paper is similar to watercolor paper in all its parameters – gouache paper is suitable for drawing with any type of colored pencil, including hard ones – acrylic paper is the least suitable for drawing with pencils.

Neurographic line - Piskarev's line
The line is the main component of NeuroGraphica. By drawing a neurographic line, we create new neural connections. ⠀ You may have seen a video online about neurons laying out new routes and connecting. It is a fascinating sight that makes you tremble! It is amazing how a tiny particle breaks through the thickness of emptiness and creates new paths that will then lead us to some insight. Have you ever thanked your neurons for the insights you receive? Imagine yourself in their place. Do you think it is easy to conquer virgin soil? Through NeuroGraphica, we enter an area hidden from us and open new doors for ourselves. Spontaneity in this case is trampling in front of an open door or even trying to exit through the jamb, not through the door. ⠀ The neurographic line is not spontaneous! We lead it through resistance to old patterns. We are carried away by the “fair wind” to where we are already tired but still accustomed to everything. Hand motor skills reflect this in drawing patterns and spontaneous lines. And what do we do when drawing NeuroGraphica? We go through the resistance to these patterns and habitual foundations of consciousness. And this is not easy. And the more hidden, unconscious problems in the chosen topic, the stronger the resistance will be. It is important to go through them to the end. Only then will results begin to appear. But when you learn how to masterfully draw a neurographic line correctly, then practically nothing will be impossible for you. Of course, if you invest your efforts in achieving the goal, in addition to drawing.

How Colors Are Used in NeuroGraphica®
The basic algorithm of NeuroGraphica is built taking into account all levels of human consciousness. It allows you to dive deeper and deeper into yourself at each stage of drawing. If at the beginning a person encounters many limitations, then at the stage of applying color to the drawing, inspiration most often comes. If resistance arises here, then it is worth thinking about the fact that the energies of the five elements, or life energies, are not balanced with each other. It is worth working on this separately, drawing each color separately, and filling your inner Self with it. ⠀ One of the ways to use color in NeuroGraphica is the conscious introduction of the desired color into the topic. For example, you have defined a task for yourself that you want to work on. Ask yourself what you lack to achieve the goal. Fortitude? Fire in the eyes? Wisdom? Or movement and activity? Having determined what will help you at this stage to get closer to achieving the desired result, choose the appropriate color and introduce it into the drawing. It is important to remember that everything is good in moderation and harmonious interrelation of all elements, and energies with each other. A conscious way of introducing color requires full involvement in the process. In this case, drawing turns into a deep conversation with yourself. Reflecting on the topic and tracking your reactions to the drawing allows you to make correct changes to the drawing and, accordingly, to your life through the designated task. ⠀ Another way is intuitive. You take those colors that you just want to take now. Intuitive work with color can reveal some problems that will appear at the end of a drawing when you suddenly do not like the drawing. It is worth analyzing what color, set of colors, or their combination caused problems. You also need to correlate the meaning of these colors with your theme. This analysis is the essence of the last point of the basic algorithm. And in the following works on this topic, it is already worth taking into account the conclusions made. ⠀ You can master all the subtleties of using color in NeuroGraphica on the online course⠀“NeuroColor”.

Drawing composition
NeuroGraphic method allows us to manage our impressions and create an image of the desired future. When we look at a finished drawing and we like it, parallel processes occur in our heads at this time: neurons activated on a given topic line up and connect as if you are not enjoying the drawing, but the already realized goal. In any drawing, if you want it to look harmonious and impressive, the rules of creating a composition are applied. This is especially important for neurographic drawings. After all, with their help, we help ourselves create our reality. Composition gives an understanding of how the objects used relate to each other. Through composition, we organize our states, which are a message to the universe about how we want.⠀ Imagine that you are going to draw NeuroGraphica on the topic of relationships with a loved one and arrange the figures on the sheet as you please. At the same time, you do not evaluate the scale of the figures depicted. ⠀ And if you remember that while you draw, mirror neurons read your message and embed it into your neural network? How in this case will you treat the arrangement of figures, wanting to solve a problem in a relationship? Afterward, a correction of what was drawn must necessarily follow. For example, adjust the scale of the figures relative to each other, change the distance between them, and so on. ⠀ The use of NeuroGraphica algorithms, each of which includes several different compositions, allows you to rewrite your attitude to past events and create a new one that will please, fill, and create resources and opportunities. ⠀⠀ We teach how to correctly compose compositions to create your new reality in the course Algorithm #2 "NeuroComposition".
