Refund Policy for Medyza.Art
1. General Refund Terms
1.1. Customers have the right to request a refund for any reason during their program, starting from the program’s commencement date up to its completion. The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
R = TC - SC - FC, where:

R – Refundable amount.

TC – Total cost of services paid by the Customer.

SC – Cost of services already provided by the Service Provider as per the schedule.

FC – Fixed costs incurred by the Service Provider in delivering the services, set at 200 NIS. Fixed costs include platform fees, program development, instructor compensation, administrative expenses, and other related costs.
1.2. Fixed costs may also include expenses related to recorded educational materials (e.g., text, audio, video) provided to the Customer before program commencement. Information about these materials and their costs is available to the Customer before payment.
1.3. The refund terms apply to cases of partial payment or installment plans.
2. Refund Before Program Start
2.1. If a refund request is made before the start of any program, the full amount paid by the Customer will be refunded without applying the calculation formula stated in section 1.1.
3. Refund for Digital Content
3.1. Programs that consist exclusively of digital content (e.g., text, audio, video) for self-study are considered delivered once access is granted. Refunds for such services are not available.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
4.1. According to applicable law, refunds for services not utilized due to the Customer’s fault are not permitted.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Refunds are processed within ten (10) business days from the date the Service Provider receives a properly completed refund request from the Customer.
5.2. To request a refund, the Customer must:

Submit a refund request using the Service Provider’s designated form.

Include their contact details and payment information.

Attach proof of payment and sign the request.

Send the request to the Service Provider’s official email: daria.finance@gmail.com.
5.3. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delays proportional to the time taken to resolve discrepancies.
6. Effects of Refund
6.1. Upon receipt of a refund request, the Customer will no longer have access to program services, and the Agreement will be considered terminated.
6.2. If requested, the Service Provider will issue a statement detailing the Customer’s completed coursework or activities.
7. Special Conditions
7.1. All periods mentioned in this policy are calculated in Israeli time.
7.2. If unforeseen circumstances or errors arise during the refund process, the Service Provider will work with the Customer to ensure resolution promptly.
This Refund Policy is part of the Offer Agreement and applies to all services provided by Medyza.Art.
